1 1/2 cup of strawberry Natura soy beverage
3/4 cup organic frozen strawberries
1/2 sliced frozen organic banana**
1/2 tbsp grated fresh organic ginger

- Blend together and you have a delicious, refreshing shake. I like the zing of fresh ginger (make sure it’s fresh; grate it with your cheese grater to make it blend easily into your shake; use more or less depending on your taste)
** I take my ripe organic bananas, peel and slice them into 1” slices, place on a baking sheet and then freeze for you smoothies. Once frozen, you can store them in a zip lock bag. This keeps the banaa slices from freezing together and makes it easier to use in your shakes.
