Ingredients
2 Asparagus bunches – green or white
4 Eggs
1 tbsp. Corn starch
1 tbsp. Vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups Natura soy original
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Salmon fillet – about 1 pound

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 335F.
- Peel the Asparagus and steam for 15 minutes.
- Sauté the Salmon in oil until translucid. Let cool and flake into small pieces.
- Cut the Asparagus in chunks, and place in a medium greased baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the Eggs, Natura and the Starch. Add salt and pepper
- Add salmon flakes to the egg mixture and pour in the plate over the asparagus.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Serve directly from the dish as soon as out of the oven.
