Salmon asparagus clafouti

Ingredients

2 Asparagus bunches – green or white
4 Eggs
1 tbsp. Corn starch
1 tbsp. Vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups Natura soy original
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Salmon fillet – about 1 pound

Servings : 3

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 335F.
  2. Peel the Asparagus and steam for 15 minutes.
  3. Sauté the Salmon in oil until translucid. Let cool and flake into small pieces.
  4. Cut the Asparagus in chunks, and place in a medium greased baking dish.
  5. In a large bowl, mix the Eggs, Natura and the Starch. Add salt and pepper
  6. Add salmon flakes to the egg mixture and pour in the plate over the asparagus.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
  8. Serve directly from the dish as soon as out of the oven.
