Ingredients
1 lb chopped raw chicken
1 cup diced bread crumbs
1 cup Natura soya unsweetened
1 1/2 cup chicken stock
1 chopped onion
1 clove of garlic chopped
2 tsp powdered mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp tomato paste
1 pinch thyme
1 pinch clove
Servings : 4
Preparation
- In a pan mix all ingredients, brew and cook the mixture to boiling point. Continue to cook on low heat for 1 1/2 hour on low heat until the broth is all absorbed.
- Pour in small ramekins or a big bowl. Let it cool.
- Serve fresh on bread or biscuits.
