Ingredients

1 1/2 cup of Vanilla Natura soy beverage
3/4 cup of frozen organic mango pieces
A handful of fresh organic mint
I love mint so I add a lot!

Preparation

Blend together and you have a fantastic shake that is so refreshing. Depending on how thick you like your smoothie ( I like mine so thick I almost have to use a spoon!), you can use more or less of the frozen mango.
