Healthy & Vegan Oat Milk Chocolate Cereals

Remember the fun you had drinking the chocolate milk your favourite cereals left in the bowl when you were younger? It doesn’t have to be a thing from the past! Try our healthy & vegan oat milk chocolate cereals recipe and indulge in a sweet nostalgic morning.

Ingredients

1/4 cup Natura’s Organic Gluten-Free Oat Milk

1 flax egg (1 tbsp flaxmeal + 3 tbsp water)

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup nut butter of choice

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups oat flour

1/4 cup cocoa powder 

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Whisk together the wet ingredients: milk, flax egg, maple syrup, nut butter, and vanilla.

Add the oat flour, cocoa powder, and sea salt.

Whisk or fold everything together until it’s combined.

Using a ½ teaspoon to ensure all balls are the same size, scoop dough and roll between your palms until smooth. 

Using extra cocoa powder, roll your puff until completely covered, shaking off extra.

Place puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes.

Allow to cool on the pan and then transfer to a container until ready to eat
