It’s smoothie season! What better way to start the day than with a delicious bowl of frozen blueberry banana smoothie made with Natura almond beverage? Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Ingredients

1 portion

For the smoothie

½ cup of Natura almond beverage 

1 frozen banana 

1 cup of frozen blueberries 

1 tablespoon of chia seeds or flax seeds 

1 tablespoon of granola 

1 tablespoon of honey 


Instructions

  • In your blender, add the frozen banana, frozen blueberries, honey, and Natura almond milk. 
  • Blend until you achieve a very creamy consistency. 
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl.
