For the cookie dough
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- ¼ cup Natura vanilla almond beverage
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Gradually add the Natura vanilla almond milk to the dry mixture, stirring continuously.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, form the dough into bite-sized balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
