I like the zing of fresh ginger (make sure it&#8217;s fresh; grate it with your cheese grater to make it blend easily into your shake; use more or less depending on your taste)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>** I take my ripe organic bananas, peel and slice them into 1&#8221; slices, place on a baking sheet and then freeze for\u00a0you smoothies. Once frozen, you can store them in a zip lock bag.
