{"id":859,"date":"2021-02-15T21:05:14","date_gmt":"2021-02-16T02:05:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/natura.ca\/?post_type=recipes&#038;p=859"},"modified":"2023-01-27T09:41:48","modified_gmt":"2023-01-27T14:41:48","slug":"shrimp-risotto-with-caramelized-onions","status":"publish","type":"recipes","link":"https:\/\/natura.ca\/en\/recipes\/shrimp-risotto-with-caramelized-onions\/","title":{"rendered":"Shrimp risotto with caramelized onions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 tbsp butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 lbs chopped mushrooms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 big chopped onions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp thyme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup vegetable broth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cups almond beverage unsweetened<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 1\/2 cups basmati rice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 cup parmesan cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cup swiss cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cup parsley<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 lb cooked shrimps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Servings :<\/strong>&nbsp;6<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Melt the butter with the olive oil in a large deep nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add mushrooms, onions, thyme and stir lightly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cover and cook 15 minutes or until the vegetables are golden brown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorporate vegetable broth and Natura beverage. Bring to a boil. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorporate the rice. Turn down the heat to medium heat.  Simmer 15-20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
