{"id":847,"date":"2021-02-15T21:02:14","date_gmt":"2021-02-15T21:02:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/natura.ca\/?post_type=recipes&#038;p=847"},"modified":"2023-06-13T11:16:29","modified_gmt":"2023-06-13T15:16:29","slug":"gnocchi-gratin-with-smoked-salmon-2","status":"publish","type":"recipes","link":"https:\/\/natura.ca\/en\/recipes\/gnocchi-gratin-with-smoked-salmon-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Gnocchi gratin with smoked salmon"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1<\/strong>\u00a0gnocchi package<br><strong>1<\/strong>\u00a0onion, finely chopped<br><strong>200g<\/strong>\u00a0smoked salmon, cut into strips<br><strong>1\/2 cup<\/strong>\u00a0shredded gruyere<br>Finely chopped Parsley and Chive to taste<br><strong>Sauce Ros\u00e9e<\/strong>\u00a0:<br><strong>3 tbsp (45ml)<\/strong>\u00a0Vegetable oil<br><strong>2 tbsp (30ml)<\/strong>\u00a0all purpose flour<br><strong>2 cups (500ml)<\/strong>\u00a0Natura Unsweetened or Original (Soya or Almond beverages)<br><strong>1\/4 cup (60ml)<\/strong>\u00a0tomato paste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Servings :<\/strong>&nbsp;4<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heat oil in a pan and add flour. Stir 1-2 min, without colouring the flour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add Natura gradually, stirring contantly with a whip.
