Temper egg mixture with a small portion of hot Natura and pour entire egg mixture into saucepan, stirring constantly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove saucepan from heat after mixture thickens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add dates and almonds. Mix well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Divide pudding in small bowls or ramekins, sprinkle with remaining spices and let cool.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve lukewarm or at room temperature.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><em>*Natura lite Vanilla can also be used in this recipe.
