These chocolate truffles, delicately infused with Christmas spices, will be a crowd-pleaser among your guests!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Makes 12 to 15 truffles<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>200<\/strong>g of 70% dark chocolate<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bd<\/strong> cup Natura soy milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2<\/strong> tbsp. maple syrup<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1<\/strong> tbsp. margarine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bd <\/strong>tsp ground cinnamon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bc<\/strong> tsp. ground ginger<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bc<\/strong> tsp. ground nutmeg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bd<\/strong> tsp. vanilla extract<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cocoa powder, chopped nuts, or powdered sugar for coating<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a small saucepan, gently heat the Natura soy milk with the maple syrup and spices. Heat until the mixture is hot, but don&#8217;t let it boil. This will allow the spices to infuse the soy milk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Pour the hot milk over the chocolate and leave to stand for 2-3 minutes. Mix to obtain a smooth, creamy ganache. Add the vanilla and margarine, and mix well. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours, or until the mixture is firm enough to handle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the ganache has cooled and hardened, use a teaspoon or your hands to form small balls of chocolate. If the mixture is still too sticky, moisten your hands slightly to prevent the ganache from sticking.
