Italian seasoning<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1<\/strong> tsp. dried basil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1<\/strong> tsp. dried oregano<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salt and black pepper to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6<\/strong> dried lasagne sheets, broken into pieces<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1<\/strong> cup Barista Premium Vegetable Oat Drink<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Toppings:<\/strong> Grated cheese of your choice, grated Parmesan and basil or chopped fresh parsley, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add onion and garlic, and saut\u00e9 until soft and fragrant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, broth and spices<strong>.<\/strong> Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes to allow flavors to blend.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add the lasagne pieces to the soup and cook for around 10 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reduce the heat to low and add the veggie ground and Barista Premium, stirring gently. Simmer for a further 3-5 minutes to heat through without boiling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Serve the soup hot, adding grated cheese and Parmesan cheese to the top of each bowl for a creamy texture.
