Made with our unsweetened almond drink, the dressing is tasty and protein-packed, for a satisfying meal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">For the salad<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4-5<\/strong> cups chopped Romaine lettuce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gluten-free croutons (or croutons of your choice)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lactose-free Parmesan cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">For the dressing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bd<\/strong> cup raw cashews (soaked for at least 4 hours or boiled for 10 minutes)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1<\/strong> cup unsweetened Natura almond milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bc<\/strong> cup silken tofu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2<\/strong> cloves garlic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3<\/strong> tbsp lemon juice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1<\/strong> tbsp Dijon mustard<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1<\/strong> tbsp capers, drained<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1<\/strong> tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bd<\/strong> tsp salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2<\/strong> tbsp nutritional yeast<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prepare the dressing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Soak the cashews in boiling water for 10 minutes to soften them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Combine the softened cashews, almond milk, silken tofu, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, capers, vegan Worcestershire sauce, salt, and nutritional yeast in a blender.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Process all ingredients until the dressing is smooth and creamy.
