Surprise your loved ones with this vegan treat and watch their faces light up at the first bite!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Makes 8<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the vegan cinnamon bun dough:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>2<\/strong> cups and half  all-purpose flour<br><strong>1 <\/strong>tablespoon baking powder<br><strong>1\/2 <\/strong>teaspoon salt<br><strong>1\/2<\/strong> cup vegan butter, cut into small cubes<br><strong>1 <\/strong>cup Natura Organic Gluten-Free Oat Milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>For the cinnamon sugar filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>1\/8 <\/strong>cup vegan butter, melted<br><strong>1\/2<\/strong> cup brown sugar<br><strong>1\/2 <\/strong>tablespoon ground cinnamon<br><strong>1\/4 <\/strong>tablespoon instant coffee or espresso<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the icing (optional):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>1\/2 <\/strong>cup powdered sugar<br><strong>1\/2<\/strong> teaspoon vanilla extract<br><strong>1.5<\/strong> teaspoons Natura Organic Gluten-Free Oat Milk (or more if you prefer a thinner icing)<br><strong>1 <\/strong>teaspoon instant coffee or espresso<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat your oven to 400\u00b0F (200\u00b0C). Line with parchment paper or grease a loaf pan (you want to ensure the rolls are tightly packed in whatever baking dish you use).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add in the vegan butter cubes and use a pastry cutter or fork to cut the butter into the flour until you reach a grainy texture. Pour in the plant-based milk and combine to make a shaggy dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Either in the bowl or on a clean work surface, use your hands to knead the dough together, incorporating any leftover dry ingredients until it all comes together into a nice ball. Let the dough rest in the bowl for 10 &#8211; 15 minutes before proceeding for the best dough texture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the dough has rested, lightly flour a clean work surface and roll the dough with a rolling pin until you get a rectangle about 8&#8243; x 6&#8243;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour the melted vegan butter over the rolled-out dough and use a pastry brush or the back of a spoon to spread evenly over the dough. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and coffee, then sprinkle the mixture evenly over the melted butter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting from a longer side of the dough rectangle, use your hands to gently roll the dough up. Once rolled, use a sharp knife to cut 8 cinnamon rolls by gently sawing with the knife.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the cinnamon rolls in the loaf pan, swirl side up, and bake for 24 &#8211; 28 minutes until puffed up and lightly golden. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Combine the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, coffee, and oat milk together in a small bowl. Spread the icing roughly over the still warm cinnamon rolls. The icing will melt into the cinnamon rolls a little.
