Just Egg (or your favorite egg substitute)<br>3 tbsp. vegan butter (melted)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Top Wash<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 tbsp. maple syrup<br>1 tbsp. Natura\u2019s Barista Oatmilk<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>_________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Warm up the milk for 40 seconds in the microwave. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensure the milk is lukewarm and not too hot to touch. Mix in the yeast and whisk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Set aside for 10 minutes.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast using the hook attachment.<br>Pour in the milk mixture, followed by the butter and Just Egg. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Begin adding 1 cup of flour, mixing at low speed. Once that flour is incorporated, continue adding flour until it is all mixed in.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allow the dough to knead for 15-20 minutes or until it is no longer sticky.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Form the dough into a ball. Oil a large bowl, place the dough inside, and cover with a kitchen towel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allow it to proof for 40 minutes to 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deflate the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shape each piece into a ball and arrange them in a baking pan lined with parchment paper. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cover with a kitchen towel.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allow the dough balls to rise for about 45 to 60 minutes.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup and milk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the buns have doubled in size, brush them with the maple syrup mixture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Bake in a preheated 330\u00b0F oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Enjoy!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Want to know the secret behind irresistibly soft milk bread rolls? \ud83e\udd6e The answer is simpler than you think: Swap cow&#8217;s milk with our oat milk.
