INSTRUCTIONS

Warm up the milk for 40 seconds in the microwave.

Ensure the milk is lukewarm and not too hot to touch. Mix in the yeast and whisk.

Set aside for 10 minutes.

In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast using the hook attachment.
Pour in the milk mixture, followed by the butter and Just Egg.

Begin adding 1 cup of flour, mixing at low speed. Once that flour is incorporated, continue adding flour until it is all mixed in.

Allow the dough to knead for 15-20 minutes or until it is no longer sticky.

Form the dough into a ball. Oil a large bowl, place the dough inside, and cover with a kitchen towel.

Allow it to proof for 40 minutes to 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.

Deflate the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces.

Shape each piece into a ball and arrange them in a baking pan lined with parchment paper.

Cover with a kitchen towel.

Allow the dough balls to rise for about 45 to 60 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup and milk.

Once the buns have doubled in size, brush them with the maple syrup mixture.

Bake in a preheated 330°F oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown.

Enjoy!
