Curried carrot soup

10 medium carrots, thinly sliced
500 mL (2 cups) vegetable broth
375 mL (1 1/2 cups) Natur-a soy Original or Unsweetened*
1 small onion, minced
5 mL (1 tsp.) curry powder

Servings : 4


  1. Combine all ingredients except the Natur-a and cook on medium heat until carrots are tender. Puree in blender until smooth. Add Natur-a and simmer 5 more minutes.
*Try this recipe with Natur-a rice Original.
